Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground turkey or beef
1 sm chopped onion
2 gloves of garlic chopped
1 8-oz tomato paste
1 c. chopped green olives w/ pimentos
1 c. raisins
1 - 2 t. of cumin (to taste)
2 large bags of instant brown rice (Success only)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in olive oil. After they are limp, add garlic (do separately, garlic will burn if you don't). Add ground meat and brown. Add tomato paste. Let simmer while you chopped the olives in a blender or food processor (add some brine). I serve this over that instant brown rice you find in a bag. Believe me it is separately. My niece made this for me and used the brown rice because it was healthier than the regular white rice.
