1 pound Ground Meat
1 pound lean Sausage - skin removed
1 Onion finely chopped
1 stalk of Celery - chopped
2 Eggs beaten
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 finely minced garlic
1 cup seasoned Breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly
Press into greased loaf pan
Top with strips of Bacon
350 oven
