Mix Well
1/4c Margarine
1/2c Sugar
1 Egg

Mix together and add
1C flour
2t baking powder
1/st Salt
2/3C H.O. Oats

Add and mix
1/2t Grated Lemon rind
3/4C milk

On top put
1/4c sugar
1/2t cinnamon

Directions:
Put into greased 8" Pan
Bake 30-4- Minutes at 350º
