3 tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 lb melted butter
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In small bowl, mix garlic w/ butter. In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt & pepper. Dip chicken breasts in garlic butter, then coat them in crumb mixture. Lay them in a sprayed pan, then drizzle remaining garlic butter sauce & bake uncovered until chicken is cooked.
