1/3 c. shortening
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2c sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
In pan melt 1/3 c shortening with chocolate. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Let cool a little. Add eggs one at a time beating after each egg. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into the egg mixture.

Let dough cool in refrigerator. Form into balls and roll in powder sugar.

Bake at 375º for 8- 10 minutes
