1 package Nabsico chocolate wafers
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream, vanilla extract and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat cream until light and fluffy. Sandwich a spoonful of cream between two cookies and start to create a log shape. Continue to place cream between cookies and stack until all are used. Use the remaining cream as frosting to cover the outside of the cake.
