1 lb. Oreo cookies
1 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble Oreo cookies and add 1/2 c. melted butter. Pat into bottom of 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Combine powdered sugar, evaporated mile, chocolate chips and 1/2 c. butter. boil 8 minutes and add 1 tsp. vanilla. Let cool

Drizzle 1/2 of chocolate topping over cookie crust. Add layer of vanilla ice cream. cover with rest of chocolate topping and peanuts.

Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
