8 oz. Rigatoni pasta
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. dry mustard
dash pepper
Fresh vegetables ( cucumbers, onions, green peppers, tomato wedges)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil rigatoni in water for about 20 minutes. Don't cool just drain.
Mix together vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, dry mustard and pepper until dissolved. Let cool.

Mix fresh vegetables, rigatoni and vinegar mixture and cool in refrigerator. When ready to serve, add tomato wedges.
