1 head lettuce, torn up
1 head cauliflower (bite size pieces)
2 cups real mayonaise
1 medium onion, diced
1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
2/3 cup shredded paremesan cheese
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
In order given, layer all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and store in refrigerator overnigh. Toss ingredients together just before serving.

This takes a very large bow. If travelling, I layer the ingredients into the top of a tupperware cake carrier; then I use the bottom of the cake carrier for the "top" of the bowl. Works great. You have enough room to toss the saland and then transfer the salad to a pretty bowl.
