9 inch pie crust
8 0z. sausage
4 hard boiled eggs
1 c. shredded swiss cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 beten egg
1 1/4 c. cream or half and half
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Do not prick pie crust. Sprinkle cooked and drained suasage in pie shell, cover with chopped hard boiled eggs. Add cheese. Combine beaten eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over pie shell.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
