1 6 oz. can tuna, drained (may be substituted with chicken)
2/3 c. chopped seeded cucumber
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. green onion
2 T. sour cream
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve on toasted bread with lettuce or other toppings.
