Beef Brisket
4 oz. bottle liquid smoke
1/3 cup Worchestershire sauce
Garlic
Onion Powder
Celery Salt

Directions:
Directions:
- First day... Mix all ingredients and marinate brisquet in mixture overnight.
- Second Day... Do not pour off marinade. Sprinkle brisket with salt, pepper, brown sugar, and 1/2 cup sweet pickle juice. Put foil over pan and bake covered at 250 degrees for 5-6 hours. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
- Third Day... Spoon off fat. Remove brisket and slice thin across the grain. Replace in baking pan. Mix 2 TBSP flour and 6 oz. of Open Pit Barbeque Sause with marinade mixture. Pour over brisket and cover. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees. Delicious served with hash brown casserole.
