Small Fresh Cucumbers (15 pounds)
13 cups water 1 1/2 cups sugar
4 cups vinegar 1/2 cup pickling salt
Fresh garlic fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Wash jars and rings, sterilize. Place in each jar with a head of washed dill, clove of peeled garlic and fill with cucumbers. Mix the brine and bring to a boil, place the lids in boiling water and fill each jar with the brine to cover the cucumbers, about 1/2" from the top. Place lid on jar to seal. Place the jars in a canner, bring to a boil for 30 minute. Remove jars and set aside to cool before storing.
