12 cups Crab Apples, peeled and cored
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup Minute Tapioca Pudding
Directions:
Directions:
Place the apples in a large pot; peeled and cored apples, add 2 cups sugar and let set for 5 minute. Place on heat and bring to a boil for 1 minute, add 1 cup sugar and 1/2 Tapioca Pudding and cook for 1 more minute. Take off heat and cool, bag and freeze for pie, squares and/or apple crisp.
