4 chicken breasts
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg in bowl, add milk and stir well.
In separate bowl mix flour with salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in egg/milk mixture.
Then roll chicken in flour mixture.
Place in greased baking pan.
Bake @ 325 for 1 hr. - 1 1/4 hrs.
** Turn chicken over halfway through cooking time.

This is my Mother's recipe with pepper added! She used to cook hers about 4 hours but I have shortened that time!
