2 tbsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4-5 Cloves of fresh garlic crushed/minced
1 (28oz) can of crush Italian tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan heat oil at medium-high heat and add garlic. Let garlic saute until it just begins to turn brown then add the can of tomatoes. Continue to cook until your pasta has finished boiling drain pasta and add sauce. Serve with grated cheese.

This sauce is fast, easy and delicious. Great with all types of pasta. My favorite brand of tomatoes is Tutturosa.
