10 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick pepperoni
1 lb. ham (chunk)
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
8 oz. provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350, grease pan. Dice the meat and cheese into small pieces put aside. Beat together eggs and milk in large mixing bowl, blend in flour and baking soda into egg mixture. Fold in diced meat and cheese. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch oblong pan. Bake 45-55 minutes.
