3 parts oil can use vegetable oil, extra virgin olive oil or a combination of both
1 part French dijon mustard
1 part champagne vinegar
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In the bottom of the salad bowl add oil, mustard, vinegar and enough salt to season the salad. Whisk ingredients to a creamy consistency. Add salad and toss.
