1/4 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can whole kernal corn
bread or cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Saute onion in butter, blend in flour and seasoning. Cook until it bubbles. Slowly add milk. Boil 1 minute; add drained corn and egg. Top with bread crumbs or cracker crumbs. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
