2 c flour
2 eggs
3/4 tsp baking powder
salt
1/2 c milk



Topping:

1 package saltine crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together to form a ball. Spread out on floured board. Cut into strips. Drop into salted boiling water. Boil 15 minutes. Drain. Brown topping crackers in butter. Sprinkle over drained Spatzel.
