4 cups beet juice
4 cups sugar
1 box Sure Jell
2 packets strawberry Kool Aid

Directions:
Directions:
Wash beets well; cook until tender. Combine beet juice, (if you don't have 4 cups, add water to make 4 cups) Sure Jell and Kool Aid; cook to a rolling boil. Add sugar and cook according to the directions on the Sure Jell package.

Pour into jars and seal.
