12 red corncobs
1 package Fruit Pectin, powdered
3 pints water
3 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil corn cobs in water 30 minutes; remove from heat and strain liquid. If you don't have 3 cups, add enough water to make 3 cups.

Add Fruit Pectin and bring to a rolling boil. Add sugar and boil 3 minutes or until it reaches a jelly stage.
