1 Garlic Clove Minced
2 tabs Fresh lemon juice
1tbs Red wine vinegar
1/4tsp Dijon mustard
3 Flat Anchovy fillets, blotted and minced
2tbs Olive Oil
2 Heads Romaine Lettuce
3tbs Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together in bottom of large bowl garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard and anchovy. Gradually add olive oil…season to taste with salt and pepper. Add greens and toss to coat. Add croutons and toss. Sprinkle with cheese and add one cup croutons to salad.
