"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Personal Notes:
Smaller Servings: Make the entire recipe. Keep cole slaw and onions in one container. Put Ramen noodles, sunflower seeds and almonds in a separate container. Dressing in bottle. When ready to use just mix the amount of salad and nuts together then add the “appropriate” amount of dressing. I usually sprinkle dressing… mix and taste…add more dressing if necessary. I have found that I usually have extra dressing left over. But it’s up to you how much you like to use.
