2 Bags (16 oz. each) cole slaw
2 Packages “Top Ramen Noodles” – Discard seasoning packets
(smash ‘em into little pieces..You can put in large Baggie; seal and smash away…I use me feet)
6-8 Scallions/ green onions - chopped
˝ Cup Sunflower Seeds (roasted)
˝ Cup sliced /slivered almonds (roasted or toasted)

**Mix all ingredients together in very large bowl…Put in refrigerator until ready to serve (usually within hour or so)

1 package of Good Season Italian Dressing (with mixing bottle/decanter mix as instructed on bottle) You will need wine vinegar / olive oil/water
˝ cup of sugar ( I have used Splenda in place of sugar..up to you)
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

Mix all dressing ingredients together.
Put in refrigerator until ready to mix with salad
When ready to serve: Mix all ingredients of salad with dressing together in very large bowl!

Smaller Servings: Make the entire recipe. Keep cole slaw and onions in one container. Put Ramen noodles, sunflower seeds and almonds in a separate container. Dressing in bottle. When ready to use just mix the amount of salad and nuts together then add the “appropriate” amount of dressing. I usually sprinkle dressing… mix and taste…add more dressing if necessary. I have found that I usually have extra dressing left over. But it’s up to you how much you like to use.
