1lb 3 medium potatoes
6 slices Bacon
cup White Vinegar
cup Stock or bullion
1 tsp Salt
tsp Pepper
1 tsp Sugar
1 Egg yolk beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes, boil in jackets, let cool. Peel and cut in inch cubes. Cook bacon until crisp, drain and crumble. Add onion, stir and cook until transparent. Add vinegar stock or bullion and seasonings to pan. Stir, let mixture come to a boil. When cooled a bit stir in egg. Remove from heat and pour over potatoes. Add crumbled bacon. Serve warm.
