2 Bags Frozen Ore Ida has brown potatoes thawed slightly
2 cans Cream of potato soup
8 oz Sour Cream
Stick Butter
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients reserving 1 cup of shredded cheese and butter. Put into buttered 13X 9 casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and slices of butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.

Variations-
Add 1 chopped medium onion/ 1 chopped pepper. Top with 2 cups crushed cornflakes, 1 cup, shredded cheese mixed with 1 stick melted butter. Use 1 can cream of potato and 1 can of cream of celery.
