6 pounds Tart Apples
6 cups Cider or Apple Juice
3 cups Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon (or more) to taste
˝ tsp Cloves (or more) to taste

Directions:
Core and quarter un pared apples cook in cider until soft (about 30 minutes) Press through and boil this sauce for 30 minutes (stirring) so it doesn’t stick..add sugar and spices cook over low heat several hours or in crock pot with out lid on.

Process 10 minutes after starts boiling
