2-cups Uncle Ben rice
1-8oz. can tomato sauce
1-can Campbell's Beef broth
1-can Campbell's French onion soup
1lb. smoke sausage sliced
1lb. to 1/2lb pealed raw shrimp or cubed raw chicken breast
1-bunch green onions chopped
3-bay leaves
1/2 cup green pepper
1-8oz. can mushrooms (optional)
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 cup butter melted
1 tsp. thyme (optional)
Salt, black pepper, & red pepper

Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Bake covered for 45 minutes and uncovered 20.
