4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 c water
1/4 c Lepak Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp Mrs Dash original
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
3 tbsp hickory smoked salt
1 1/2 tbsp Tender Quick salt
1 1/2 tbsp pickling salt

Marinate venison or rabbit before smoking.
