1 large romaine, cut up
4 oz mozzarella cheese (or Swiss, cheddar)
1 c Cashews
1/2 c dried cranberries
1 apple, cubed
1 pear, cubed

1/2 c sugar
1/3 c lemon juice
2 tsp chopped onions
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c vegetable oil
1 tbsp poppy seed

Blend dressing ingredients except oil and poppy seed. Add them and mix. Mix with salad ingredients.
