3 qt water
2 pkg (8 oz ea) imitation crab
1 large red pepper, chopped
1 large sweet onion, chopped
4 tbsp chicken base
1 - 2 tbsp hot sauce
1 - 2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
16 - 24 slices American cheese
1 pt half and half
Corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but cheese, half and half, and corn starch. Bring to boil. Cook 15 minutes. Add cheese, 1 slice at a time, and half and half. Thicken with corn starch, not flour.
