4 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup milk
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar and butter.
Mix well. Blend in flour and milk. Add coconut and
vanilla. Pour into 10-inch pie plate. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes. This pie makes its own crust as it
bakes.
