1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 lg. can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can diced green chilies
1 small can sliced black olives
1 c. milk
1 - 1 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 dozen corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown groud beef with chopped onions, salt and pepper. Drain.
In large bowl, mix all canned ingredients and milk. Add ground
beef, mix.
In 9 x 13 pan, layer sauce, tortillas and cheese. Repeat until all
sauce is used. Top with cheese. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes
covered, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
