1 env. Knox gelatin 1 c boiling water 1/4 c cold water 2/3 c sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 c sour cream 8 oz Cool Whip Kiwi fruit Strawberries
Stir together gelatin and boiling water until gelatin is dissolved. Add cold water, sugar, and vanilla. Mix in sour cream and cool whip. Pour into bowl and let set until firm. Slice kiwi and strawberries and garnish the top.
