Apple Pie Recipe

4 Cups fresh apples (peeled and sliced)
1/2 -3/4 cups sugar
2-3 Tbls. flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Crumb topping
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 375
Mix together sugar, flour and cinnamon then add sliced apples and mix to coat apples. Put in 9 inch pie pan.
Prepare crumb topping by mixing flour and sugar then cut up butter until mixture is crumbly. Put on top of prepared apples.
Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
