3 eggs whites
1 cup sugar
1 cup Pecans (chopped)
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
Cool Whip
16 small saltine crackers (crumbled)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 inch pie pan or a square pan. Beat egg whites with a mixer until it reaches a peak. Gradually add the cream of tarter and beat until stiff. Add sugar gradually. Crush crackers, pecans and vanilla. Fold all together. Pour in greased pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Let cool. Top with cool whip and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
