4 c fresh strawberries, sliced
1 sm box cook and serve sugar-free vanilla pudding
2 c cold water
1 sm box sugar-free strawberry gelatin
8 tbsp light whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
Line 9in pie plate with strawberries. Cook pudding according to directions using water instead of milk. Stir in dry gelatin until dissolved. Pour over strawberries. Refrigerate until set. Top with light whipped topping.
