16 oz frozen, boneless chicken breasts
16 oz fat free sour cream
1 can fat free cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 packet fried french onion soup
1 c mushrooms, fresh or frozen
garlic powder


Rice or noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in crock pot, throw in mushrooms. Mix sour cream, soup, and dried soup together and place on top of chicken. Sprinkle with garlic powder and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. (I normally dice up the chicken after it is cooked and put it back in.)
