5 lbs. Red Potatoes
1/2 cup Shallots
1/2 stick of Butter
1 can Cheese Soup
2 tbsp Parsley
1 medium Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and boil potatoes for 5 mintues. Mix remaining ingredient in a microwave dish and microwave for 10 minutes. Add potatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Put in a 350 oven for 35- 40 minutes are until potatoes are tender.
