1 egg beaten
3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp pepper
2 to 2 1/2 lbs meaty chicken pieces
2 tbsp margarine or butter, melted
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c fine, dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine egg and milk. For crumb coating, combine bread crumbs, cheese, paprika, and pepper. Set aside. Skin chicken, rinse and pat dry. Dip chicken pieces into egg milk, then coat with crumbs. Arrange chicken in 13x9 baking dish. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-55 min.
