1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple
2/3 c sugar
1 pkg (3oz) lemon jello
1 pkg (8oz) softened cream cheese
1 c diced unpeeled apples
1 c chopped nuts
1 c chopped celery
1 c whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan combine pineapple and sugar. Bring to a boil. Boil for 3 min. Add jello and stir until dissolved. Add cream cheese, whip with wisk until smooth then cool. Fold in apple, nuts, celery, and topping. Pour into a 9in square baking dish. Chill until firm. Cut into squares and serve on a leaf of lettuce
