1 lb ground beef
1 lg onion chopped
3 cans (15oz each) Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
1 can (16oz) ranch style beans, undrained
1 can (16oz) black beans, undrained
1 can (16 oz) yellow hominy, undrained
1 can (4oz) chopped green chiles
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and chopped onion, drain. Add remaining ingredients, stir and simmer on medium-low heat for 30min. Top with Monterey Jack cheese and sliced avocado.
