1 1/2 c flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 c mild
2 tbsp butter, melted

1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
Maple flavoring

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, egg, and butter. Mix only until moist. Fry in butter. Boil syrup ingredients.
