1 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 red pepper diced
1 cup peas or soybeans (microwave for about a minute or two)
3-4 cups cooled rice (Uncle Ben's Long Grain White Rice)


Pinch of rosemary
1 tsp basil
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1 T soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tsp. cider vinegar

Mix dressing in large bowl and add rice and vegetables.
