1 large fryer
2 ribs celery, chipped
1 medium onion, chipped
2 carrots, diced
2 medium potatoes, chipped
1 can (17 oz) English peas or 1 1/2 cup frozen
cornstarch
salt and pepper
Pillsbury flakey biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Boil fryer until tender, remove from broth. In broth add celery, onion, carrots and potatoes. Cook until near tender. Add English peas. Cook until tender.Thicken broth with cornstarch. Salt and pepper to taste. Debone chicken and cut into bite sized pieces. Add to vegetables. Grease casserole dish and pour chicken mixture into dish. Top with Pillsbury flakey biscuits. Bake at temperature suggested on biscuit can until brown.
