10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
3/4 lb. sliced deli pepper ham (sliced 1/4 inch)
1 (1 lb.) pkg. shredded mexican cheese blend
2 c. refrigerated or jarred fruit salsa
1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
2 c. sour cream
2 c. guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
Divide evenly and top 5 tortillas with ham, cheese blend, salsa, and cilantro, spreading evenly to within 1 inch of edges. Top with remaining tortillas; press lightly to seal. Prehead oven to 250º F. Heat 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Slide 1 tortilla sandwich into skillet and cook until golden on both sides. Keep warm on baking sheet in oven. Repeat with 4 remaining tortilla sandwiches. Cut warm quesadillas in wedges. Serve immediately topped with sour cream and guacamole.
