4 large croissants, split lengthwise
4 clices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. whipped chive cream cheese
1/2 lb. peppered turkey breast
Deli broccoli salad (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Lay out croissant halves, cut side up on baking sheet. Lightly toast under broilder. Remove tops and keep warm. Combine bacon and cream cheese; spread evenly on botton halves of toasted croissants. Arrange turkey, avocado and tomato on top of cheese. Top with slices of cheese. Broil about 6 inches from heat until cheese is melted and beginning to become golden. Tope with reserved croissant tops and serve immediately.
Serve with deli broccoli salad, if desired.
