5 oz cooked chicken breast, cut into 1/2in-3/4in chunks
1/2 c chopped celery
3/4 c chopped apple
2 oz chopped walnuts
1 tbsp raisins
1/3 c prepared low-sugar Italian dressing
Bibb lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, gently stir together the chicken, celery, apple, walnuts, and raisins. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat. Serve on a bed of Bibb lettuce.
