1 pkg Jell-O brand fat-free vanilla pudding
1 medium can cling peaches (or other fruit) in natural juice
1 container Cool-Whip Lite

Directions:
Slice the golden loaf lengthwise into quarters (about 3/4 in thick) (the chocolate loaf should work as well, perhaps with banana pudding). Place the bottom 1/4 of loaf on bottom of pan. Make the pudding according to pkg directions. Spread layer with approx 1/4 pudding mixture. Add approx 1/4 peaches with a bit of the juice. Spread some of the Cool-Whip Lite over the fruit. Repeat above, ending with a topping of the Cool-Whip. Refrigerate until cold or overnight. Serve vertical slices.
