1 Pound Ground Beef
4 Cups Potatoes, Peeled and Cubed Into 1/2-Inch Cubes
1 Small Onion, Chopped
3 Cans Tomato Sauce, 8 Ounces Each
4 Cups Water
2 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 to 1 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a dutch oven or large kettle, brown ground beef; drain. Add potatoes, onion and tomato sauce. Stir in water, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and soup has thickened.
